Maximum 10 liters of fuel capacity on the kart. ( note: CIK reg is "minimum 9 liters", and I'm being told 9.5 is the standard on new karts, and 10 is the biggest tank currently readily available )

There is no minimum/maximum driver time requirement.

All karts will be weighed, tire and fuel tested when entering the pits.

Karts that are 1-5 pounds light will receive a 2 minute penalty. Karts that are 5-10 pounds light will receive a 5 minute penalty. Kart more than 10 pounds light will be DQ'd. Karts that fail the fuel meter or tire compound will be DQ'd.

We will enforce the "pit buddy walking pace" pit rule. All competitors will be required to move in the pits while "connected" ( defined at drivers meeting ) on the drivers left to a Team member who will "walk" the kart and driver, under power, from the scales to the Team hot-pit, and then "walk" the kart and driver, under power, from the Team hot-pit to the pit-out. Driver may not leave the pit-out until directed to do so by the pit-out official. Any Team found outside these boundaries will be assessed a 2 minute penalty.

Each Team will be assigned a "hot pit" area. Each pit area will be 10' long by 10' deep. All work on the Teams kart must take place in that pit area, off the pavement. All karts must be removed from the asphalt and into their hot-pit before any work may begin. Any Team found performing ANY maintenance on the asphalt or outside their hot-pit will be assessed a 2 minute penalty
