FL Winter Tour Procedures

As we move through the new double-race-weekend format we are finding some procedures that we need to adjust. The first procedure involves fuel, oil and tire distribution . For the remainder of the 6th Annual FL Winter Tour the following procedures will be in place.
1. On Friday, fuel, oil and tires will be disbursed from 9am until 4pm. On official race-days, fuel, oil and tires will be dispersed from 7:30am until 9 am, and for one hour following the awards ceremony. It will be next to impossible for anyone to get fuel, oil and tires at any other time on official race-days. Make sure you set a plan to get your fuel, oil and tires.
2. Beginning with the Palmetto round, all vouchers must be redeemed at that event. We will not honor vouchers from previous events.
3. The next procedure is the event class running order . We change the running order for each event-weekend. We do this so that the same classes aren't always the last to run.
4. It is important that you check your schedule to make sure you know the running order of the event.
5. And lastly, the number of laps. As you know, we have a very tight schedule. Because each track has a different lap time, we are adjusting the number of laps to compensate. The number of laps for the pre-final and final is on your schedule.
